앵커: NTDTV가 주최하는 신운예술단 공연이 금주 오스트레일리아 브리즈번에서 열렸는데, 화인 신년 스팩테큘러를 오스트레일리아에서 재연한 것입니다. 살펴보시겠습니다.
기자: 토요일, 신운예술단은 브리즈번에서 만석을 이룬 가운데 두 막의 공연을 했습니다. 관객들의 말을 들어보실까요?
데이빗 힝클리프(브리즈번 부시장) : “중국 문화가 표현하는 최고의 정수를 터득하는 것이 중국 문화를 아는 최상의 방법입니다. 이번 공연이 바로 그 중국문화의 최고 정수로서, 독창이나 무용 또는 다른 어떤 작품이든지 그것은 중국인들이 전 세계에 기여할 수 있는 최상의 것이었습니다.”
매건 헌트(영국 부영사) : “공연을 보게 되어 너무 행복합니다. 아름답습니다. 너무나 아름다워요. 무용은 아주 고상하고 색조는 환상적입니다. 대단한 공연입니다.”
바바라 블룸(남 퀸즐랜드 음악교수) : “멋진 경험이었습니다. 너무나 놀랍고 환상적입니다. 공연에서 무한한 행복감이 용솟음쳐 나옵니다. 저는 행복의 관대한 나눔을 느낄 수 있었으며 그것이 내 마음 깊은 곳을 쓰다듬었습니다. 장구한 역사를 가진 그러한 문화를 체험할 수 있게 되어 매우 행복합니다. 그들이 투움바(역주: 오스트레일리아 동부, Queensland주 동남부에 있는 도시)에 있는 우리 엠파이어 극장에도 오기를 희망합니다.”
다이앤 패이튼(현지인) : “성악가는 특별하며, 피아노 반주는 완벽합니다. 의상이 참 화려하군요. 매우 역동적인 공연입니다. 공연을 보고 나서 너무 흥분되었습니다. 여러분들이 이곳 오스트레일리아에서 공연을 해주시어 정말로 감사합니다. 내년에도 이 공연을 다시 보고 싶습니다. 저는 그들이 다시 오리라 믿습니다.”
미스터 리(홍콩의 중국인) : “매 작품마다 모두 대단합니다. 하나하나가 다 굉장해서 어느 것이 더 좋다고 딱히 말하기가 어렵군요. 멋지고 특별한 행사라고 생각하며 지난 반세기 동안 보아온 것 중에서 최상의 공연이었습니다.”
신운예술단의 전 세계 순회공연의 다음 여정은 캔버라, 멜버른, 시드니, 뉴질랜드, 타이완으로 이어질 것입니다.

Divine Performing Arts First Success in Australia
WONG : New Tang Dynasty's Diving Performing Arts opened in Brisbane, Australia this weekend, bringing the CNY Spectacular downunder. Let's take a look.
STORY : on Saturday the Divine Performing Arts had two shows in Brisbane, attracting a full-house. Let's here what the audience had to say:
[David Hinchliffe, The Vice Mayor of Brisbane] : "The best way to know Chinese culture is to learn the most essential culture it can offer. This show is just the most essential part of Chinese culture. No matter it is a solo or dance, or other performances, it's the best Chinese people can contribute to the world."
[Megan Hunt, UK Vice Consulate] : "I am very happy to come to the show. It is beautiful, so beautiful. Those dances are so elegant, those colours are so beautiful. It was a great show."
[Barbara Broom, South Queensland Music Professor] : "It was a wonderful experience, so sensational and magical, so much happiness comes out from the show. During the performance, I can feel a generous sharing of happiness, and it touched my heart greatly. I am very happy to experience such culture with a long history. I do hope they can come to our Empire Theatre in Toowoomba."
[Dianne Payton, Local] : "The singers are extraordinary, the piano accompaniment is perfect. The costumes are so colourful. The show is very vibrant. I was so excited to come to the show. I really appreciate you bringing the show to Australia. I expect next year, we can see the show again. I believe they will come back."
[Mr. Li, Hong Kong Chinese]: "Every performance is great. It is very hard to say which one is my favourite, since each is great. I think it is a wonderful, extraordinary event and it is the best show I have seen in the past half a century."
Divine Performing Arts will travel to Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, New Zealand and Taiwan to complete their world tour.
